These four towers form a business park located next to the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, on the site of Real Madrid's former sports complex. These four buildings are the tallest in Spain.
Crystal Tower
The Crystal Tower is about 250 meters It has 52 stories, making it the tallest building in Spain.
This tower has a active facade which results in significant energy savings, as it minimizes heat exchange with the outside. In addition, it features a state-of-the-art electrical system. The building consumes approximately one-third of the energy that a building of this type would use in Madrid.
At the top of the skyscraper, from elevation 210 to 250, there is a garden measuring about 600 square meters.
Cepsa Tower
The Cepsa Tower, which stands about 248 meters, is also known as the Foster Tower, since architect Norman Foster helped design the structure. Today, it is also known as the Bankia Tower.
The tower has 45 floors and 5 basement levels, with a an area exceeding 109,000 square meters.
The structure features two reinforced concrete cores connected to each other at three points.
PwC Tower
The PwC Tower is 236 meters, with 58 stories. Spanish architects such as Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala contributed to its design.
The top of this skyscraper is equipped with three wind turbines which are capable of generating energy from the wind, which is used to power the building.
The PwC Tower is home to one of the most luxurious hotels in this city.
Espacio Tower
Torre Espacio is about 235 meters, with 57 floors spread across that height, plus 6 levels of parking.
