The future 1 Undershaft skyscraper will be the tallest in London's financial district, in the United Kingdom, standing over 300 meters tall. It will be the second-tallest building in the entire city.
This skyscraper will have a a height of nearly 310 meters, with a total of 73 plants, and it will be the the tallest building in the entire financial district of the City of London. Once construction of this tower is complete, it will have a capacity to accommodate about 10,000 people, approximately.
This rectangular building, designed by Eric Parry, will feature a large public plaza at its base and the highest restaurant in the entire city and an observation deck that will be open to all visitors. There are also plans to build an educational center for children.
Eric Parry says the tower was designed to create a high-quality office space, with the aim of promote cycling, with 1,500 parking spaces for these vehicles, as well as showers and changing rooms.
