News has recently broken that the Dynamic Tower project—the world’s first rotating skyscraper—will be revived after several years of delay since its design was first unveiled to the public. This building will be a new tourist attraction on the Dubai skyline and a milestone in the history of engineering. Dynamic Tower will have a total of 420 meters high which will be distributed among 80 plants and will be handled by the firm Dynamic Architecture Group, headed by the Italian-Israeli architect David Fisher. As you can probably guess from the name, this isn't the first time this company has designed a building that can move, but it is the first time the building is a skyscraper.

Each of these apartments will consist of 40 modules. The central core of the building will house the main utility connections as well as the elevator system.
