These principles can be summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ajuste_de_la_produccion_de_la_demanda\"><\/span><strong>Adjusting Production to Meet Demand<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To ensure that products are manufactured at the same time they are sold, it is necessary to use the following tools and techniques:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kanban System:<\/strong> It enables \"just-in-time\" production, which ensures that the right product is manufactured at the right time and in optimal quantities based on market demand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short-Term Planning and Production Leveling<\/strong> to align manufacturing resources with demand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduce setup times<\/strong> machinery to reduce production lead times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standardize operations<\/strong> and achieve the necessary cycle times tailored to demand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizing the Workspace<\/strong> to implement cell manufacturing and achieve standardization of operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Asegurar_la_calidad\"><\/span><strong>Ensuring Quality<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To ensure optimal quality and that only \u201cgood parts\u201d pass inspection, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Organization, Order, and Cleanliness (5S):<\/strong> Organization, cleanliness, and order are essential for restoring equipment to a condition in which it can operate at high reliability levels to ensure the efficient execution of processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autonomous defect control:<\/strong> Ensure quality during manufacturing by installing automatic defect detection systems that prevent defective products from moving through the production line or allow for their immediate correction once detected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Functional Department:<\/strong> Quality should be a core value of the organization, not the responsibility of a single department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Respeto_a_la_dimension_humana\"><\/span><strong>Respect for the human dimension<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Human resources are vital to achieving our goals, so they must be nurtured and encouraged. To do this, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Staff flexibility:<\/strong> Versatility is key to standardizing operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Small-group improvement activities and a suggestion system:<\/strong> Ideal for channeling initiatives from employees, who are the ones most familiar with how processes work and can therefore offer the most valuable suggestions for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By successfully optimizing all these basic principles, we aim to achieve continuous improvement.
