El <strong>arco tiene unos 320 metros de longitud<\/strong>. Una de las mayores dificultades que encontraron los trabajadores durante su construcci\u00f3n fueron los <strong>fuertes vientos<\/strong> o las <strong>altas temperaturas<\/strong> de la zona. El material m\u00e1s utilizado fue el <strong>hormig\u00f3n<\/strong> y se emplearon <strong>complejos sistemas de gr\u00faas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las pilas del puente fueron realizadas con <strong>prefabricados de hormig\u00f3n<\/strong>, ya que esta alternativa ofrec\u00eda numerosas ventajas, como la optimizaci\u00f3n del tiempo de construcci\u00f3n. Se utilizaron unos<strong> 400 bloques de prefabricado de hormig\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/mikeocallaghanpattillman-12.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" alt=\"mikeocallaghanpattillman\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la construcci\u00f3n del arco, que fue desarrollado desde ambos lados del puente al mismo tiempo, fue necesario la construcci\u00f3n torres provisionales, desde las que iban naciendo una serie de tirantes que sujetaban las piezas de hormig\u00f3n que formaban el arco.
