Esta configuraci\u00f3n puede adaptarse para llevar pilotes o una cimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s pesada para zonas inundables. Tiene dos plantas de 14 x 5 metros, una estructura liviana de madera laminada y est\u00e1 pensada como vivienda sostenible con emisiones de carbono cero y energ\u00e9ticamente autosuficiente. Se ha tenido especial cuidado con los aislamientos de muros y los acristalamientos para reducir las p\u00e9rdidas t\u00e9rmicas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1733147411_332_boathouse_2-5.jpg\" alt=\"boathouse 2\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1733147411_955_boathouse_3-5.jpg\" alt=\"boathouse 3\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cerramiento longitudinal est\u00e1 compuesto por 82 metros cuadrados de paneles fotovoltaicos semitransparentes; aloja en la terraza un mirador con tanque de recolecci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia y posee en planta baja dos jardineras para siembra de hortalizas.
