A unos <strong>130 de metros de profundidad<\/strong> (bajo tierra) el edificio dispone de un<strong> acu\u00edfero para el almacenamiento de la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/theedge4-5.jpg\" alt=\"theedge4\" width=\"600\" height=\"377\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio dispone en su parte superior y en su parte de fachada orientada al sur de <strong>paneles solares<\/strong> con los que se produce la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica necesaria para que el edificio funcione. La pared orientada al norte del edificio The Edge dispone de un <strong>vidrio m\u00e1s grueso<\/strong> para impedir que el ruido de una autopista moleste a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/theedge1-5.jpg\" alt=\"theedge1\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para un mayor<strong> ahorro de energ\u00eda<\/strong>, el edificio utiliza <strong>Ethernet con alimentaci\u00f3n LED conectada a la iluminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, permitiendo de esta manera que los trabajadores, mediante sus tel\u00e9fonos, puedan regular la temperatura e iluminaci\u00f3n de su \u00e1rea de trabajo. The Edge ha sido el primer edificio de oficinas en utilizar este sistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, como los tel\u00e9fonos de los usuarios est\u00e1n conectados a este edificio inteligente, est\u00e1n informados de su <strong>consumo de energ\u00eda<\/strong> y de otros datos de inter\u00e9s como, por ejemplo, <strong>huecos de aparcamiento o puntos libres de trabajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/theedge3-5.jpg\" alt=\"theedge3\"
