Este edificio ha sido dise\u00f1ado por el estudio de arquitectura Zaha Hadid Architects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este edificio contar\u00e1 con <strong>178 metros de altura<\/strong>, en los que se distribuir\u00e1n<strong> 54 plantas<\/strong>, y est\u00e1 destinado a diferentes usos. La torre tendr\u00e1 una superficie de <strong>unos 70.000 metros cuadrados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/zahahadid1-11.jpg\" alt=\"zahahadid1\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de este edificio podemos encontrar viviendas, oficinas y zonas comerciales, y <strong>utilizar\u00e1 un 50 % de energ\u00eda menos que una torre convencional<\/strong> de este estilo, siendo este uno de sus puntos fuertes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio contar\u00e1 con <strong>cristales de alto rendimiento, un sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n inteligente y otro para la reutilizaci\u00f3n de las aguas<\/strong>, con lo que se convertir\u00e1 en uno de las torres m\u00e1s sustentables del pa\u00eds australiano.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/zahahadid2-10.jpg\" alt=\"zahahadid2\" width=\"600\" height=\"422\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el dise\u00f1o de su fachada el edificio consigue resguardarse de los rayos del sol, lo que supone un ahorro en la energ\u00eda consumida en la refrigeraci\u00f3n de la torre.
