El complejo incluir\u00e1 zonas comerciales y de ocio, espacios residenciales, oficinas y un hotel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>altura del rascacielos Lakhta Center ser\u00e1 de unos 462 metros<\/strong>, en los que se distribuir\u00e1n un total de 87 plantas. El edificio dispondr\u00e1 de <strong>34 ascensores<\/strong> que podr\u00e1n desplazar verticalmente a las personas a velocidades comprendidas entre los <strong>2,5 y los 8 metros por segundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La construcci\u00f3n de este edificio comenz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2012 y se estima que podr\u00e1 estar terminado para el 2018.
