En la construcci\u00f3n de este hotel participan unas 100 personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hotel tiene una superficie de<strong> 5.500 metros cuadrados,<\/strong> aproximadamente, utiliz\u00e1ndose en su construcci\u00f3n unos <strong>3.000 metros c\u00fabicos de snice<\/strong> (producto intermedio entre la nieve y el hielo) y unas <strong>1.000 toneladas de hielo.<\/strong> El hotel cuenta con unas 65 habitaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/ice4-5.jpg\" alt=\"ice4\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>La temperatura en el interior del hotel puede variar entre los <strong>-5 y los -8 grados cent\u00edgrados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hotel es construido con bloques de hielo que se extraen del r\u00edo Torne, consigui\u00e9ndose que durante el deshielo todo el hielo utilizado vuelva al r\u00edo en estado l\u00edquido. Estos bloques se extraen cuando las aguas heladas del r\u00edo han alcanzado dos metros y est\u00e1n libres de burbujas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/ice2-5.jpg\" alt=\"ice2\" width=\"600\" height=\"457\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante m\u00e1quinas de nieve se congelan las vigas estructurales de acero, pudiendo retirar el acero cuando han pasado unos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/ice3-5.jpg\" alt=\"ice3\" width=\"600\" height=\"347\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este hotel se esfuerza cada a\u00f1o para <strong>reducir progresivamente sus emisiones de di\u00f3xido de carbono a la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera vez que este hotel fue construido fue en el a\u00f1o 1989 y cada invierno ha sido visitado por unas 50.000 personas.
