Atravesar\u00e1 Kazajist\u00e1n, y el tiempo de viaje ser\u00e1 de unos dos d\u00edas, informa Bloomberg citando una declaraci\u00f3n del Gobierno chino en la red social Weibo. El ferrocarril acercar\u00e1 las dos ciudades y reducir\u00e1 notablemente el tiempo de viaje terrestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agencia se\u00f1ala que China est\u00e1 promoviendo alta tecnolog\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito ferroviario a nivel internacional y hace hincapi\u00e9 en que el citado proyecto se da a conocer en un contexto de brusco empeoramiento en las relaciones entre EE.UU. y Europa con Rusia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En octubre de 2014 el Ministerio de Transporte ruso, la compa\u00f1\u00eda Ferrocarriles de Rusia, por una parte, y, por otra, la empresa Ferrocarriles de China y el Comit\u00e9 Estatal para Desarrollo y Reforma suscribieron un memorando de entendimiento en el \u00e1mbito de v\u00edas ferroviarias de alta velocidad.
