La construcci\u00f3n de este viaducto present\u00f3 una gran dificultad t\u00e9cnica, ya que se encuentra en un emplazamiento con unas condiciones que complican especialmente su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>longitud total<\/strong> de esta impresionante estructura es de unos<strong> 830 metros<\/strong>, divididos en <strong>12 vanos<\/strong>. La longitud m\u00e1xima de estos vanos es de unos 66 metros.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/istmo2-5.jpg\" alt=\"istmo2\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>altura de las pilas<\/strong>, de hormig\u00f3n armado y secci\u00f3n rectangular hueca, est\u00e1 <strong>comprendida entre los 21 y los 71 metros<\/strong>, siendo construidas in situ mediante un encofrado autotrepante. La <strong>altura m\u00e1xima del viaducto es de unos 80 m<\/strong>, aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/istmo1-5.jpg\" alt=\"istmo1\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>tablero<\/strong>, formado por una <strong>viga cuya secci\u00f3n es de 14 metros de ancho por 4,4 de canto<\/strong>, se emple\u00f3 una <strong>cimbra autoportante<\/strong> (que comenz\u00f3 a trabajar desde el estribo del lado m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo a Valencia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tramo en el que se encuentra situado el Viaducto del Istmo (el tramo del Embalse de Contreras-Villargordo del Cabriel) tiene una longitud de 6,53 kil\u00f3metros.
