Una de las directivas m\u00e1s familiares en este aspecto, ya que introduce el concepto de la calificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de los inmuebles. <strong>La calificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica G<\/strong> es la m\u00e1s baja dentro de esta escala, lo que significa la menos eficiente, la A por el contrario, es el tope de la lista y representa la mejor eficiencia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 30px; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #b22b3b; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Calificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En la Directiva 2002\/91\/CE se introduce el concepto de certificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de los edificios, como una actividad que <strong>debe ser ejecutada por un profesional habilitado<\/strong> espec\u00edficamente a estos efectos, seg\u00fan los criterios de cada estado miembro.
