Adem\u00e1s, es el segundo telef\u00e9rico de mayor longitud de todo el planeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las cabinas del telef\u00e9rico de M\u00e9rida operan a una velocidad de unos<strong> 5 metros por segundo<\/strong> y todo el recorrido cuenta con un total de 5 estaciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Sistematelefrico1-5.jpg\" alt=\"Sistematelefrico1\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El punto m\u00e1s alto de este telef\u00e9rico se encuentra situado a casi<strong> 4.800 metros sobre el nivel del mar<\/strong>, lo que le convierte en <strong>el m\u00e1s alto de todo el mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La<strong> longitud de este telef\u00e9rico es de unos 12,5 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong>, divididos en cuatro tramos, lo que le convierte en el<strong> segundo telef\u00e9rico m\u00e1s largo de todo el planeta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este telef\u00e9rico fue inaugurado en marzo del a\u00f1o 1960, y aunque ha sido cerrado en alguna ocasi\u00f3n para mejorar su funcionamiento, actualmente se encuentra en operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su \u00faltima modernizaci\u00f3n se efectu\u00f3 para acabar con el deterioro estructural que presentaba, comenzando en el a\u00f1o 2008 y terminando hace pocos meses. <strong>La modernizaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de unos 3.500 trabajadores y mejor\u00f3 la seguridad de este telef\u00e9rico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Sistematelefrico2-5.jpg\" alt=\"Sistematelefrico2\" width=\"600\" height=\"373\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El telef\u00e9rico de M\u00e9rida es un punto de gran inter\u00e9s tur\u00edstico, siendo visitado por una gran cantidad de personas al d\u00eda.
