And Santiago, Chile, is already emerging as <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">the smartest city in Latin America<\/span>, by implementing a project equipped with all kinds of monitoring sensors throughout the city, which makes it possible to manage its operations using real-time data.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.15; font-weight: bold;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Edificios_mas_inteligentes_de_Latinoamerica\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #ffa12d;\">Smarter Buildings in Latin America<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In the same way that we can see the growth of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SMART technology applications<\/span> In Latin American cities, the private sector is beginning to embrace this new philosophy. As a result, it is driving technological advancements and incorporating them into new building developments in metropolitan areas.
