Hoy trataremos de mostr\u00e1roslo, no perd\u00e1is detalle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El citado container representa la <strong>unidad b\u00e1sica de transporte multimodal<\/strong>, cuyas dimensiones est\u00e1n normalizadas para agilizar su uso en los distintos tipos de transporte. F\u00edsicamente, responde a un recipiente met\u00e1lico en el que se introducen los objetos a transportar, proporcionando as\u00ed un espacio protegido y \u00f3ptimo para ello, llegando a estar refrigerados y estancos en algunos casos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tama\u00f1o de estos elementos viene dado en <strong>TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit)<\/strong>, esto es, un contenedor de 20 pies. Dicho dato hace referencia a unas dimensiones de <strong>6,1 m de largo por 2,4 m de ancho por 2,6 m de altura<\/strong>, a partir de las cuales se implementa el sistema de medida. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, encontramos contenedores de 2 TEUs o, expresado de otra com\u00fan forma, de 1 FEU (Forty-foot Equivalent Unit).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.structuralia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Container5-5.jpg\" alt=\"Container5\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 1px solid #000000;\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma, en un mundo cada vez m\u00e1s global, se consigue una alta tasa de tr\u00e1fico portuario, ya que <strong>un portacontenedor puede albergar cerca de 20.000 unidades<\/strong>.
