This option has a long service life and is more economical than other popular types of facades, so it\u2019s not a bad choice at all.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prefabricated facades can withstand temperature changes well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are lighter than others with similar finishes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are installed faster than similar products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sound insulation is good.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The design options are more limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It requires transportation to the construction site, so it must be handled with care and may increase the total cost.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Fachada_SATE\"><\/span><strong>5. <\/strong>SATE Facade&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SATE is the translation of the <strong>Exterior Thermal Insulation System.<\/strong> It is a type of facade that emerged as an alternative to the ventilated facade because, as you can imagine from its name, it offers a certain <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.structuralia.com\/masters\/master-en-eficiencia-energetica-y-energias-renovables\">energy efficiency<\/a>, which is what customers are looking for most these days when building a home.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its main feature is that thermal insulation panels are installed on the exterior and attached to the wall. Materials such as <strong>polystyrene<\/strong><strong> or mineral wool.<\/strong>&nbsp; As for the insulation, it is covered with a one- or two-layer coating.
