Nearly 100 companies chose this revolutionary continuing education model for their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s face it, 2020 was a particularly unusual year for everyone\u2014a time when significant changes took place in people\u2019s daily lives, altering every aspect of our activities, including social, work, and educational life. PHAROS was thus presented as a solution to keep employees fully up to date in their training, making them increasingly skilled and qualified, while also enabling them to meet immediate needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_salto_estratosferico_y_exponencial\"><\/span><strong>A stratospheric and exponential leap<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PHAROS has already been implemented in nearly one hundred companies. Global leaders in engineering, construction, energy, and infrastructure have embraced PHAROS and have served as a driving force, encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt this new model of continuing education as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, within each company, PHAROS is being promoted internally, and word of mouth among employees themselves is spreading like wildfire, so we\u2019ve grown from a base of 5,000 learners to more than 43,000 by the end of 2020, with unlimited access to 650 courses anytime, anywhere. The leading companies in the engineering, construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors already offer PHAROS to all their employees worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 47,000 hours of student training in 2018 quickly grew to 1,020,000 by the end of 2020. PHAROS has truly gone global, with a network of students from 72 countries studying from an extensive catalog of more than 650 courses\u2014available in both Spanish and English\u2014which is updated every year with 150 new courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_calidad_y_servicio_nuestros_ejes_ganadores\"><\/span><strong>Quality and service: our keys to success<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clearly, real-time monitoring of all the courses in the catalog\u2014which are currently being taken by 40,000 professionals\u2014is absolutely essential.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The more than 23,000 surveys received from students have clearly demonstrated their satisfaction with various aspects of the courses. In fact, 94.7% of the students taking courses at PHAROS recommend the course they took.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quality surveys also reveal that students have been fully satisfied with the course content, the videos, and the platform in general.
