Francisco pointed out that a clear example of this could be found in <strong>Chat GPT<\/strong>, which, just two months after its launch, had already attracted 100 million users. The expert then went on to provide further details about the current state of affairs and the two sides attributed to artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFSe_aplica_ya_la_IA_en_Recursos_Humanos\"><\/span>Is AI Already Being Used in Human Resources?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surprise\u2014artificial intelligence has already been used in various settings. Today, it\u2019s more common to have a clear understanding of what it means, since tech companies have developed processes, products, and services equipped with tools that are more automated and can even think for themselves. In the context of Human Resources, artificial intelligence was and continues to be a resource used in various activities: talent search filters, automated performance evaluation processes, and keyword searches on web platforms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Francisco, to date we could speak of the existence of HR 2.0, in which HR professionals have leveraged the possibilities offered by the internet and its smart features.
