However, in recent years, we have seen a significant shift thanks to initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The presence of women in key roles within banking, technology, consulting, and education demonstrates that female talent is not only gaining ground but is also driving the transformation of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In commemoration of the <strong>International Women's Day<\/strong>, <strong>Structuralia<\/strong> launches the campaign <strong>#EllaEsSTEM<\/strong>, an initiative that aims to highlight women leaders in the field by sharing their experiences, challenges, and achievements. Through interviews with alumnae and influential faculty members, we want to inspire new generations to continue building a more equitable future in STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, we are honored to interview<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/isabel-s%C3%A1nchez-s%C3%A1nchez-56453219\/\"> <strong>Isabel<\/strong> <strong>S\u00e1nchez<\/strong><\/a>, a professional with more than <strong>13 years of experience in the financial sector<\/strong>, including major firms such as <strong>KPMG, Banco Popular, and Santander<\/strong>, and currently in <strong>Volkswagen Financial Services<\/strong>.
