The WHSD project, currently under construction in St. Petersburg, will provide Russia with its first urban high-speed toll highway, which will be 46.6 kilometers long and will significantly improve mobility in the city.

On the Western High-Speed Diameter, the maximum speed limit will be 110 kilometers per hour. The capacity could be about 94,000 vehicles per day.
The project is divided into three sections: North Section and South Section, which have been completed, and the Central Section, which is currently in the implementation phase.
