Last Saturday, February 10, marked the conclusion of the in-person phase of the International Executive MBA programs in the Infrastructure and Energy Sectors organized by Structuralia in collaboration with the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).
During this week-long period, the students in the master's program had the opportunity to share their knowledge and opinions, as well as to attend several lectures given by experts in matters of Current Trends in the Business Sector, such as energy sustainability, contract management, analysis of the international economic environment, project financing, and business internationalization.
In addition, a series of hands-on workshops on project methodology and innovation in business models, which were supplemented by negotiation classes taught by Elena Font and leadership, team management, and managerial skills by José Aguilar.
All of this was complemented by the visits to the M-30 control center and Enagás headquarters, during which the students were able to observe in detail how these organizations are managed internally.
Also taking place this week were the MBA Closing Ceremony and the graduation ceremony to the students in attendance.
